According to statistics in Canada, the Federal tax brackets of the country saw an increase of 1.0% this year. This has affected how much taxes each Canadian has to pay in order to keep up with the cost of living. Those who are living in robust cities with higher costs of living experienced higher inflation rates; however, they also had the luxury of cutting back on everyday expenses via online delivery services. For instance, consumers who made online purchases above a certain price are eligible for free grocery delivery in Toronto with gourmet grocery stores such as McEwan Fine Foods.
This year, the country saw an increase of $579, which reflected an increase of 4.37% from last year’s amount. For those who earn much less than the basic personal income exemption, this increase will be rather important as they may not have to pay any taxes at all. This, in turn, would help them to reevaluate the quality of their lifestyle.
